Refund policy

1. Key Information

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Return authorization: Required before sending any item

  • Return cost (store error): Free return shipping

  • Return cost (customer preference): Customer pays return shipping

  • Restocking fee: None

  • Refund timing: Up to 7 business days after inspection

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. How to Request a Return

Email info@elmaboutique.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for return.

Return instructions and the warehouse address will be provided after approval.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective:
Return shipping is covered by Elma Boutique. A replacement or full refund will be offered.

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size ordered, change of mind, no longer wanted): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

No restocking fees apply.

5. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 7 business days

  • Additional time may be required by the payment provider

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unused items within 30 days of delivery.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery, following our return process. To cancel your order send us email on info@elmaboutique.com
