Refund policy

1. Key Information

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. How to Request a Return

Email info@elmaboutique.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China.

Return authorization (RMA) is required before shipping. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

No restocking fees apply.

Exception: If the item received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered. Please refer to Section 9 for full details.

6. Refund Processing

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7 business days

  • Additional time may be required by the payment provider

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of being placed by contacting info@elmaboutique.com. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@elmaboutique.com with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Upon review, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly dispatched due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you — including return shipping where required.

10. Delivery Issues

If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elmaboutique.com. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the issue.
