Draping only works against structure, which is why the shoulders here are firm and the waist is soft: take away the architecture and the folds read as a crumpled front. The single tonal button is deliberately invisible so the eye follows the diagonal instead of stopping at hardware. Do not iron across the folds, as pressing them flat removes the whole point of the garment. Black is the only colourway.
